About Me
Welcome! I am Margaret Chisholm.
If you ever find yourself reacting too quickly in conversations, wondering why you feel so off some days, or wishing life had a simpler way to deal with stress, you are not alone. I have been there.
For years, I lived in a world where my emotions ruled my actions and my body didn't always cooperate with my plans. I was exhausted—from lack of sleep, overthinking, and trying to do everything for everyone else.
Then I started pausing.
I learned that with a little awareness and a lot of grace, we can completely transform our responses to stress, aging, and life. What I didn't expect was that as I worked on this project, I began to reveal my true self—lighthearted, playful, but still grounded and strong.
People had told me for years that I had a natural warmth, wit, and insight, but I never fully believed it. It was not until I stopped reacting to life and began truly engaging with it that I realized they were correct. I'd been here all along; I just hadn't given myself the opportunity to fully participate.
And no, I don't have an advanced degree in emotional intelligence or hormonal health. What I have is real-life experience, which you cannot get from a textbook. I've been through the struggles, done the hard work, and discovered real solutions that work in everyday life. That, in my opinion, is the best qualification possible.
Now, my purpose is simple: help others achieve the same balance and clarity.
Bambi, my little four-legged philosopher, appears to have mastered emotional balance. 🐶 She never second-guesses her decisions, never overreacts, and always understands when I need a break. If only humans had it so easy, right?
I've also realized that life is a lot like chess—every move counts, and the best responses aren't always the quickest. Strategy triumphs over impulsive behaviour in conversations, business, and personal development.
I enjoy learning, especially about how we think, react, and grow. Whether it's AI, storytelling, or personal transformation, I believe that curiosity keeps life interesting—and it's never too late to change the way you do things.
So, if you're looking for ways to reduce stress, embrace the pause, and feel more like yourself again, stay tuned. Let's take this journey together!
